The check-in process was a nightmare. I struggled with the QR code system, as the internet connection in the lobby was weak and caused multiple errors. Finally, when I was able to reach the staff via the tablet, they seemed unhelpful and unaware of how to resolve the issues with the automated system effectively.

Absolutely loved the wood-fired pizzas at the local spot Tenyasu, and the cleanliness of our Comfort Quadruple Room was top-notch. Plus, having a washer/dryer in our room made post-adventure laundry a breeze!

my stay was made even better by the hotel's fantastic position, just a few steps from Kanda Shrine and under a 30-minute walk to the Imperial Palace, making it perfect for weekend city strolls and park views.

Found this place to be spacious and a great value for families, especially since Tokyo can be quite pricey. The kitchen came in handy for preparing meals, and having a washing machine was a big plus for our longer stay. While the walk to Akihabara Station can be a bit taxing in the heat, it’s still manageable. Overall, it was a peaceful spot to relax in after long days of exploring places like Ueno Park and the Tokyo National Museum.

The Superior Family Room was spacious, giving our family of four ample room to move around and relax. We loved the convenience of having a washer/dryer in our room, which made laundry effortless after our daily adventures. The futon beds on tatami mats were a unique and comfortable experience that our kids adored!
